To request a refund, contact us at support@lordess.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damages or Issues

Amoré Hair Oil is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lordess.co with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
