REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of our product (cosmetic/personal care), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a refund, contact us at support@lordess.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high volume periods (such as product restocks or launches), processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only (international shipping coming soon).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damages or Issues

  • Amoré Hair Oil is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lordess.co with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
